Brothers and Sisters--If They Won't Listen To You

Siblings have a tendency to not listen to their other siblings. Sometimes there is a reason for that. Sometimes it's just to bug you. This is how you know if there's a reason...

• If they do it while talking to a friend.
• If you force them too much of something, like give them your chores while you sit on your butt.
• If they show signs of hating you (saying it to your face, talking about you behind your back, texting/calling behind your back) This usually happens to step siblings, but not always.
• If they don't respond and shut themselves in their room.
• If they ask you to stop treating them the way you do.
• If they tell your mom on what you do all the time (tattle tale)

This is how you know if they're just bugging you...

• If you ask them nicely and they don't do it.
• If you rarely ask them to do something.
• If you treat them nicely.
• If they end up doing it after mom tells them to.

With these reasons, it's most likely that there's a reason or something bothering them.
